Delete your data

You can delete your Creator Kitchen account and everything we hold about you at any time. Deletion is permanent and is completed within 30 days.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to Creator Kitchen.
2. Open Settings, then Data.
3. Choose "Delete my account and data" and type the confirmation word.

You can export a copy of your data from the same screen first.

Option 2: remove Creator Kitchen from Instagram or Facebook

Removing Creator Kitchen from your Instagram or Facebook app settings stops us collecting new data. To delete what we already hold, use option 1 or option 3.

Option 3: email us

Email hello@creator.kitchen from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my data". We'll confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile
• Your Instagram connection and access tokens
• All Instagram posts, comments, insights and transcripts we stored
• Your ideas, scripts, saves, uploads and conversations with your coach
• Your creator profile and answers

We keep billing records only as long as the law requires, and a log entry that a deletion happened, with no content.
