Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Creator Kitchen, run by Creator Kitchen. By using Creator Kitchen you agree to them.

The service

Creator Kitchen is a content workspace with an AI coach. It reads your Instagram data with your permission and gives you analytics, ideas and feedback. It does not post, schedule or send messages for you.

Beta

Creator Kitchen is in private beta. Features may change, break or be removed. We'll do our best to tell you before anything important changes.

Your account

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must have the right to connect the Instagram account you connect.

Trial, billing and cancelling

• New accounts get a 5-day free trial.
• After the trial, the plan costs $20 per month, billed monthly by Stripe, unless you cancel first.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• If your trial or plan ends, your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.

Your content

You own your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Creator Kitchen to you. We don't sell it and don't use it to train AI models.

AI output

Your coach's suggestions are advice, not guarantees. Numbers come from your Instagram data, but you are responsible for what you post.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, try to break it, or access other people's data.
• Don't use it to break Instagram's rules or anyone else's rights.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. See data deletion. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Creator Kitchen is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
